  It is human nature to find the time to write a negative review when you have had a bad experience but what about the hundreds of very happy patients we have on a weekly basis who come in personally and bake cookies or buy us chocolates and thank u cards. This is one of the busiest clinics I know so unfortunately there will always be someone who will not have a completely happy experience but we certainly strive to give everyone the best experience and care. I have been working at Dr Lanzer for 2 years as a nurse and have never met a more caring and compassionate surgeon who is very dedicated to his work.

  Dr Lanzer is a top surgeon and I highly recommend him. I flew from WA to Melbourne for my surgery with him, and would happily do it again without thinking. Thanks a lot to the whole amazing team! the entire process from beginning to end went smoothly. I chose the free consultation and had a bit of a wait to see the Dr but was well worth it, as the Doc is an expert at the top of this field, he is extremely approachable and down to earth, and he gave me great insight into what was needed, and has seen me loads of times since, all free of charge. Well done!
